Nasal Release Technique
Nasal Release Technique (NRT) is a technique developed by physical therapist, Cynthia Stein.
This technique is specifically used to help with:
-Post Concussion Symptoms
-TMJ Dysfunction
-Headaches
-Nasal Airway Disorders

NRT is performed over six sessions. The first session is one-hour, and following sessions are 30 minutes. This is performed on a weekly basis. There is a list of exercises and airway opening techniques that you will do at home during those 6-weeks.
