For many years I have worked with clients who experience chronic pain and have used bodywork to help reduce their suffering. During our treatment sessions, we uncover those patterns of movement and habits that perpetuate the dysfunction. Because of ingrained movement patterns, pain often returns. To truly stay unfurled we need to work together to create new functional patterns of movement and build strength in your body.

Basic Spine Roll

If you’re looking to maintain strength, create new patterns in your posture, and decrease pain then movement coaching is for you!  

Laura uses a combination of Yamuna Body Rolling for myofascial release, stretching, yoga, and body weight-based strength techniques to design a program that can help you reduce your pain between massages and workouts. 

Book a session with Laura and work together to discover your patterns of pain and dysfunction, using bodywork to release the holding areas. Laura will develop a home program for you to keep your body functioning at its best.

  • For a limited time: Try a 30-minute session before your next 90-minute massage for $40. This session is designed for us to work together to find you a stretching and strengthening practice you can do at home in under 10-minutes without equipment and without injuries!

 

 

Yamuna Body Rolling Group classes

There are currently no small group classes scheduled.

4-Week Intro to Ball Rolling Series. In-person only, no classes currently scheduled.

In this series, we will work on getting you comfortable using balls to relieve tension and stimulate muscles. Working through the body, we will target common patterns and tense areas. We will also have time in every class to specifically address what is bothering you at that moment. I am excited to get rolling and start releasing with you!

Laura is a certified Yamuna Body Rolling Practitioner, RYT-200 through yoga alliance, she is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Association of Sports Medicine and graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from UW-Madison.
