Cupping Therapy
And Eastern Modalities

Cupping therapy and Tui Na are techniques developed by ancient Chinese medicine.

Cupping involves using small suction cups to pull the skin and fascia away from the body rather than pushing on it, like with traditional massage.  The cups can be left in place or moved around. We use cupping when requested or in situations where we feel fascial restrictions and scar tissue are contributing to your tension.

Cupping can leave circular red marks on the body which can stay for up to 2-weeks.

Tui Na is a Chinese massage technique that involves using vibrant and energetic motions with fists, palms, elbows, and knees to release tissue.

Facial cupping is helpful in reducing head, neck, and facial tension. It does not leave marks and is very beneficial in reducing facial lines as well as deeper facial tension in the face. Facial cupping can be added to any session. We suggest 30 or 60-minutes of facial cupping and neck work.
